Kristen Pell

Kristen Pell is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur based in Southwest Florida. As the Broker/Owner of Florida Agent Realty since May 2022, Kristen provides a supportive environment for real estate agents through a registered brokerage in Fort Myers. In addition, Kristen has been the Broker/Owner of Treeline Realty Corp. since October 2009 and owns Property Guiding LLC, an educational resource for real estate information. Since August 2020, Kristen has also served as a Brand Partner for the Savvi clothing brand. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Director at WAY Media Group, Inc. from September 2004 to July 2013. Kristen holds a BS in Communications from East Carolina University and has obtained both a Real Estate Broker License and a Real Estate Sales Associate License from Larson Educational Services.
