Partnerships Manager - Trusts and Foundations at Trees for Life

Sarah Kent has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Sarah worked as a Partnerships Manager - Trusts and Foundations at Trees for Life from June 2018. Prior to that, Sarah worked at Edible Organic Landscapes from 2009 to 2018, where they served as a Designer and Maker. Sarah collaborated with Urban Wild Places and Food Explorers to design and build gardens for communities and schools in London. Sarah also worked as a Landscape Designer and was involved in creating a forest garden in an urban community center.

From 2015 to 2016, Sarah worked as a Development Officer: design and enterprise at OCTOPUS COMMUNITY NETWORK LIMITED. Before that, they worked at RESET Development from 2007 to 2008 as a Training Coordinator, contributing to the development of information and training in community resilience to climate change.

Sarah's earliest work experience was as an author at Smithmark from 1996 to 1997.

Sarah Kent attended the University of London, Goldsmiths College from 1981 to 1984, where they earned a BA(Hons) degree in Fine Art. Sarah later pursued further education at the Centre for Alternative Technology / University of East London from 2005 to 2009, obtaining an MSc degree in Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies.
