Scott Lea

Scott Lea is an experienced marketing and communications professional, currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Income Generation at Treetops Hospice since January 2020, where the focus is on building a dedicated team of 60 staff and 300 volunteers. Previously, Scott held significant roles such as Head of Brand and Communications at the Royal Air Forces Association, supporting the welfare of the RAF family, and worked as a Trustee/Director for Marketing at Voluntary Action LeicesterShire.
