Aaron Beach

Aaron Beach has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aaron began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Current USA, Inc. in 2006, before moving on to Colorado House and Resource Center as an Operations Coordinator in 2008. In 2010, Aaron joined Northwestern Michigan College as a Human Resources Specialist, and later became the Director of Human Resources. In 2015, they transitioned to SunFrog Shirts as the Human Resources Director. Most recently, Aaron worked at Treetops Resort, where they held roles as the Director of Human Resources, Director of Finance and Auxiliary Services, and currently serves as the Director of Operations. These experiences have provided Aaron with a strong background in human resources, operations, finance, and auxiliary services.

Aaron Beach completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which they attended from 2004 to 2006. Aaron then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at Colorado Technical University, where they studied from 2009 to 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Aaron obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in June 2014. Aaron also acquired a certification in Human Resources: Pay Strategy from LinkedIn in October 2018.
