Márcia Pinho

Márcia Pinho serves as the Production Team Lead at TreeToTextile since October 2025. Previously, Márcia held the position of Senior Shift Engineer at Northvolt, focusing on hydrometallurgical processes in a battery recycling plant from December 2023 to April 2025. Prior roles include CAM Production Engineer at Northvolt, where contributions included collaborating with production teams and updating work instructions, and Process Engineer at Amorim Cork Flooring, emphasizing process optimization. Márcia also worked as a Production Controller at Amkor Technology, managing production flow in WLP Semiconductor processes, and held various production roles at Colep and Cerveja Vadia. Márcia began a career in manufacturing with positions at Indulac and Colep while earning a Master's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Universidade do Minho. A master thesis was completed at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague in 2012, focusing on anaerobic beer spoiling bacteria.
