Monica Paden

Monica Paden is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Hospitality Manager at Trefethen Family Vineyards since January 2023. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Tasting Room Manager at C. Mondavi & Family from September 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing tasting room reservations, events, and wine sales, while collaborating closely with various teams to enhance guest experiences. Monica also served as Assistant Tasting Room Manager and Head Concierge, managing guest interactions and inquiries at the Charles Krug Tasting Room. Earlier in Monica's career, from January 2012 to July 2017, Monica worked as Marketing Coordinator and Manager at Mia Za's Italian Cafe, focusing on employee training, operational management, and event organization. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed an Accelerated Culinary Arts Program at The Culinary Institute of America.
