Vince Dugan is the current President and Owner of Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. and Trego/Dugan Aviation. Prior to that, Vince was a Partner at Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, L.L.P. where Vince represented Airlines, Aircraft Manufacturers, and Aviation Insurers in Texas litigation.
