Vanessa Schmidt has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as an Asset Manager and Kaufmännische Property Managerin at Trei Real Estate GmbH since December 2018. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Kaufmännische Property Managerin at Tectareal Property Management GmbH from June 2016 to November 2018 and completed an apprenticeship as Auszubildende Immobilienkauffrau at HOCHTIEF from August 2013 to June 2016. In terms of education, Vanessa achieved the Ausbilderin nach AEVO certification from IHK Essen in October 2018, obtained the Geprüfte Immobilienfachwirtin IHK qualification from BCW Weiterbildung in March 2018, and graduated with the degree of Immobilienkauffrau from EBZ - Europäisches Bildungszentrum der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft in June 2016.

Trei Real Estate GmbH, a German real estate company with registered office in Düsseldorf, acquires, develops and manages customised and sustainable residential and retail properties. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Tengelmann Group, it focuses on real estate investments and developments in Germany, Poland and the United States within the framework of its long-term strategy.
