Keith Ritter

Keith Ritter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Keith began their career at Home City Ice Company in 2006, starting as a Driver/Sales and later becoming a Summer Assistant Plant Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for route sales, dispatch, route design, and managing ice house production. Keith also handled troubleshooting for ice machines and route breakdowns.

In 2011, Keith joined Integrity Technology Solutions as an Escalate Engineer. In this role, they handled escalated tickets from the help desk, troubleshooted workstation, server, and network problems, and implemented Microsoft Windows Server environments.

From 2014 to 2018, Keith worked at Advanced Medical Transport as an IT Director. Their responsibilities included managing and maintaining critical ambulance dispatch systems for a large population, overseeing IT operations including security, data center, network infrastructure, and help desk operations, and coordinating multiple departments and people for various projects.

In 2018, Keith joined Epic as a Windows Server Engineer. In this role, they contributed their skills in managing Windows Server environments until 2021.

Recently, Keith joined Trek Travel in 2021 as the Director of Information Technology. Keith is currently responsible for leading the IT department and implementing technological initiatives within the company.

Keith Ritter obtained a High School diploma from Pecatonica High School in 2008. Keith then attended Rock Valley College from 2008 to 2010, where they completed the General Education requirements. Afterwards, they pursued further education at Illinois State University from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Network and Telecommunication Management.
