Mafalda Costa

Mafalda Costa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in guiding, operations, event coordination, and marketing. Currently serving as Guide Field Lead at Trek Travel since October 2019, Mafalda is responsible for coaching team members, developing effective operational processes between the USA and Europe, and ensuring the smooth execution of cycling vacations. In addition, Mafalda has contributed to the organization of international business networking events as Assistant Event Coordinator at CONOSCOPE GmbH.
