Heba Moharam has had extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Heba is currently working at Trella as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead Tech. Prior to that, they worked at MoneyFellows as a Talent Acquisition & Staffing Partner, where they were responsible for developing recruitment processes and hiring a tech team. Heba also worked at Schneider Electric as a Talent Acquisition Lead, managing the recruitment for various business units and supporting HRBP's with their recruitment needs. Before that, Heba worked at Trella as a Senior Regional Recruiter, where they actively sought out diverse and qualified candidates for the organization. Heba also gained experience at Uber as a Recruiter, successfully hiring candidates for multilingual lines of businesses in Egypt, KSA, Jordan, and Portugal. Prior to Uber, they worked at Raya Contact Center, where they managed the full recruitment cycle and performed assessment centers for internal transfers and applicants. Heba's early career included roles at Orange as a Customer Service Representative and at Dina Cantina as an Administrative Assistant, where they handled office tasks and provided administrative support.
