Jean-Paul Mindermann

Jean-Paul Mindermann has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jean-Paul co-founded Terra Fidelis GmbH in 2021 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder Shareholder. Prior to that, they served as the President of the Business Area Industrial Solutions at Trelleborg Group from 2017. With a total of 6300 employees, they oversaw all functions, including R&D, manufacturing, sales, and support functions. From 2011 to 2017, they were the President of the BU Industrial & Construction Tires at Trelleborg Industrial and Construction Tires. Before that, they held the position of Chairman at Premia Group from 2009 to 2011 and served as the CEO at Watts Industrial Tires from 2006 to 2009.

Jean-Paul Mindermann obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree in International Management and Finance from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, completing their education from 1986 to 1990.
