Madelene Johansson

Madelene Johansson is an experienced strategist currently serving in the Labor Market Department of Trelleborg Municipality since August 2020. Previously, Madelene worked as a coordinator for the Southeast Scania Committee of Cooperation for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing EU development projects and advising municipalities on EU funding. Prior roles include serving as an EU coordinator at Europe Direct Scania, a coordinator for youth and democracy issues in Kristianstad Municipality, and a project leader at Save the Children Lund, focusing on children's rights. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in sociology, along with studies in various related fields at University of Lund, Linkoping, and Gothenburg.
