Sarah Crowley

Sarah Crowley is a project manager with over three years of experience in the industry. Sarah has worked with internal teams, third parties, and client stakeholders to ensure activities are planned and executed in a timely manner in accordance with project schedule. Sarah is a creative problem solver and has a knack for brainstorming solutions. Sarah is an effective communicator and is able to deliver difficult information in a timely and tactful manner.

As a project manager, Sarah is responsible for overall accountability for project gross margin and management of client budget. Sarah creates, maintains, and executes detailed project plans and coordinates tasks assignment, monitors progress, and ensures proper task completion. Sarah also identifies resources needed and collaborates with Resource Management to ensure optimal project staffing. In addition, they ensure that the client’s business objectives and KPIs are captured, understood, and measurable.

Sarah Crowley is currently a Program Manager at Trellis. Prior to their current position, they were a Project Manager at Blue Acorn iCi from October 2018 to January 2021.

Sarah Crowley attended the College of Charleston where they earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Business Administration and the other in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Sarah also has multiple certifications, including ones from Atlassian, Google, and HubSpot.
