Teresa Eldredge

Teresa Eldredge is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Triage Nurse at Trellis Supportive Care since September 2023. Previously, Teresa worked as an Emergency Triage Nurse at Tidewell Hospice from April 2018 to September 2023.
