John Belstner

John Belstner is a highly experienced engineer with current expertise as the Principal Engineer at TrellisWare Technologies since May 2023, focusing on advanced communications systems. Prior to this role, John served as Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation from May 2017 to May 2023, where contributions included the development of technologies optimized for Intel CPUs and collaboration with partners on system requirements for Proof-of-Concept implementations. As CEO/CTO and Co-Founder of Encinitas Laboratories, Inc. (January 2013 - May 2017), John led the rapid development of wireless networked sensors. Additional experience includes technical leadership roles at TrellisWare Technologies, Boeing, Argon ST, and San Diego Research Center, with a strong emphasis on embedded software and communication system architecture. John holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
