Prior to this role, Billy held the position of Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Athena Real Estate, LLC, and Vice President of Global Human Resources at NielsenIQ, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for significant global operations. Billy’s career at Nielsen spans two decades in various VP roles, encompassing global data acquisition, client operations, and marketing effectiveness. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Human Resources from New York University and a Master's degree in Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Northwestern State University.
