Caitlin O'Dwyer

Caitlin O'Dwyer is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Security Researcher at Trellix since January 2022. Caitlin has demonstrated expertise in the MITRE ATT&CK Framework, leading teams to enhance attack detection capabilities for customers. Previous roles at Trellix include Product Owner for HX Endpoint Security, focusing on product features and user acceptance testing, and Senior Staff QA Engineer, leading end-to-end testing for investigative features. Caitlin's career also includes significant positions at FireEye, Sotera Defense Solutions, and Network Solutions, where skills in manual testing and integration testing were honed. Caitlin actively participates in the National Cyber League and holds multiple degrees in Cybersecurity from George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College, complemented by an ISTQB Certified Tester credential.
