Darwin Santos

Darwin Santos, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience Technology at Trellix, a position held since February 2023. Prior to Trellix, Darwin was a Software Engineering Manager for Business Financial Systems at Catalina USA from May 2013 to March 2023, overseeing lead-to-cash systems and managing Salesforce and Remedyforce environments. Darwin's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Application Developer Lead at Tampa Bay Times, where responsibilities involved Microsoft .NET expertise, and as a System Analyst/Programmer at Publix, focusing on systems development for retail operations. Additionally, Darwin contributed as an HR Training Specialist at Verizon, supporting learning management systems and earning recognition for training excellence in 2005 and 2006. Darwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of South Florida and an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
