Joe Paluch

Joe Paluch currently serves as a Special Education Teacher at Trellus, focusing on 5th and 7th grade students at Passages Charter since August 2023. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Joe previously held multiple roles at iMentor from August 2017 to September 2022, including Associate Director of Program, where responsibilities included managing Program Managers, establishing performance goals, and fostering partnerships with schools. Additional experience includes consulting for the NYC Department of Education, managing teams, and providing professional development, as well as a previous role as Special Education Teacher with Teach For America, where Joe supported students with disabilities. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Tulane University and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Loyola Marymount University.
