Erik Hilston

Erik Hilston has over two decades of experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Director of Supply Chain at Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing since November 2012, with previous roles including Supply Chain Manager and Demand Planning Manager. Prior to Tremco, Erik was Senior Fulfillment Operations Analyst at Papyrus-Recycled Greetings, where supervision of a team focused on inventory and forecasting led to reduced inventories while supporting business growth. At American Greetings from July 2000 to February 2011, Erik held several positions including Lead Everyday Fulfillment Analyst, where management of forecasting and inventory for various brands was key, along with oversight of teams and fulfillment processes. Erik holds a degree in Operations Management and Business Statistics from Cleveland State University.
