Sarah Fay

Sarah Fay, MBA, PCC, CPTD, currently serves as the Director of Learning, Organizational Effectiveness at Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing, where efforts focus on embedding a learning culture throughout the organization and implementing effective strategies through comprehensive assessments. Previously, as a Talent Advisor at Marcum LLP, Sarah developed and executed strategic initiatives for talent development and performance management, providing coaching to various firm stakeholders. At Southwest General Health Center, Sarah enhanced guest experiences by utilizing diverse methodologies for insight gathering and implementing strategies focused on continuous improvement. In earlier roles at The Center for Health Affairs, Sarah directed operations for patient experience initiatives and managed community development projects addressing healthcare workforce challenges. Sarah holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a BA in Strategic Communications with a minor in Business from The Ohio State University.
