Susan Oakes

Susan Oakes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, business systems, and customer relationship management, all developed during a long tenure at Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing. Starting as an Administrative Aide to Sales & Marketing in 1996, Susan progressed through various roles, advancing to Senior Director positions in Digital Strategy and Business Systems & CRM as of April 2012. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Spanish from Ohio University and further studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
