Tracey Jones, MBA, PhD, serves as an Adjunct Professor at The American College of Financial Services, specializing in leadership within financial services management through the Chartered Leadership Fellow® Program. Tracey is the President of Tremendous Leadership, a prominent provider of personal development materials and publisher of leadership literature, while also hosting the Tremendous Leadership Podcast. With a background in project management at organizations such as Akima Support Operations and Northrop Grumman, Tracey has successfully led projects and managed teams across various sectors, including aerospace and manufacturing. The academic achievements include a Ph.D. focused on perceptions of leader effectiveness during organizational crises and degrees in engineering, business management, and military education.
