Ben Kubic

Ben Kubic has a diverse work experience. Ben is currently the VP of Business Operations at Tremendous, where they lead the operations and finance teams. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Finance & Operations at Sorcero. Before that, Ben served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Properly for five years. Additionally, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Skycatch. Ben also has experience working at Deloitte, where they were a Global Fellow and a Consultant. At Deloitte, they gained expertise in various areas such as consumer products pricing, aerospace and defense supply chain improvement, and financial services anti-money laundering policies. Ben has worked on projects for major clients in the industries of health insurance, banking, pharmaceutical wholesaling, defense contracting, and frozen food distribution. Prior to that, Ben was the CEO of Peer Advantage Tutors.

Ben Kubic completed their Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Government and Politics from the University of Maryland from 2006 to 2010. Ben then pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Management from Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2015.
