Damien Espinasse has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at Koans for two years before transitioning to a Social Media Specialist role at BMC in January 2011. In September 2011, Damien joined Business France as a Trade Advisor, where they provided strategic guidance to French CEOs for entering the US market. In 2013, they became a Marketing Manager at SightCall, overseeing marketing activities until December 2015. From January 2016 to January 2017, Damien held the role of Senior Marketing Manager at SightCall. Damien then moved to PandaDoc, where they served as a Demand Generation Manager until February 2019. Damien's next position was at Front, where they served as a Marketing Operations Manager from March 2019 to August 2020. Currently, Damien is working at Tremendous, where they hold the position of Growth Marketing Ops since November 2020 and more recently, Director of Marketing Operations since January 2022.

Damien Espinasse completed their education at various institutions. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Polytech Angers - Engineering school of the University of Angers, where they obtained a Master 2 degree in Business and Technology Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they studied at Université de Bourgogne and earned a DEUG degree in Physics and Chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Damien Espinasse has also acquired several certifications. In October 2015, they completed the R Programming course and obtained a verified certificate from Coursera. In June 2015, they successfully completed The Data Scientist's Toolbox course and obtained another verified certificate from Coursera. More recently, in February 2020, they became a certified 2020 HubSpot Champion User through training provided by HubSpot.
