Matt Jordan

Mr. Jordan has been one of the Managing Trustees since 2021. Mr. Jordan served as a Managing Trustee of Tremont Mortgage Trust from 2021 until its merger into the company. He is also Managing Trustee of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT), Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tremont Realty Capital LLC and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR). Prior to joining The RMR Group in 2012, Mr. Jordan held accounting and finance positions at Stanley Black & Decker Company and worked in the audit practice of Ernst & Young LLP. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Jordan primarily focused on multinational Fortune 500 clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Jordan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Mr. Jordan is also a certified public accountant.
