Sheryl Hunter, Esquire is a Corporate/Securities/M&A attorney and shareholder at Trenam Law since May 2022, after merging their previous firm, Hunter Business Law, into a well-respected law firm dedicated to supporting business owners in Tampa Bay. Alongside this role, Sheryl serves as an investor and outside legal counsel for Florida Funders, facilitating investments in early-stage Florida companies. As a board member of Bambino Sitters, Sheryl contributes to an innovative babysitting app that connects families with trusted sitters. Sheryl is also the founder and former CEO of Liberty Law Suites, aimed at fostering a collaborative legal community. With extensive experience representing entrepreneurs and investors, and having held leadership positions at various organizations, Sheryl has established a strong commitment to enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem while advocating for stuttering awareness through their past involvement with the National Stuttering Association. Sheryl earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA from The George Washington University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
