Olivier Richer

Olivier Richer is a seasoned project director with extensive experience in managing strategic projects across multiple sectors, including energy and nuclear power. Currently serving as Project Director at Trench France since January 2014, Olivier oversees initiatives involving new production lines, organizational transformation, and product development. Previous roles include Head of Research and Development and Head of Engineering at Trench France, where Olivier managed R&D portfolios, drove product development, and led engineering teams. Prior experience includes serving as Project Director for international hydroelectric contracts at Alstom Hydro and Project Engineering Manager for the Taishan project at Alstom Power, where Olivier played a significant role in the successful execution of the world’s first operational EPR reactors. Olivier began the career at AREVA NP, advancing from Design Engineer to Business Engineer, focusing on nuclear power plant contracts. Olivier holds degrees from École Polytechnique and ENSTA Paris.
