Jeff Pardue

Jeff Pardue has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jeff began their career in the U.S. Army as a 63B Light Weight Vehicle Mechanic and Soldier, where they repaired and maintained wheeled military combat vehicles. After leaving the army in 1997, they worked as a Nationally Certified Crane Operator at Tempe Crane & Rigging and Smiley Crane, where they operated mobile cranes and ensured safety protocols. In 2004, Jeff joined Empire Cat, where they held various roles, including Safety Supervisor II and DOT Safety Compliance Manager. In these positions, they advised management on safety measures, developed safety programs, and maintained compliance with DOT and safety regulations. Most recently, Jeff works at Trench Shore Rentals - Trebor Shoring Rentals as a Safety Director/Risk Manager.
