Angela Raymond

Angela Raymond, MSCRE, currently serves as a Technical Account Manager at Yardi since May 2021, specializing in affordable housing implementation and the Yardi Breeze software module. With a deep understanding of various housing programs including LIHTC, HUD 50059, and HOME, Angela also holds dual roles as a CA Licensed Real Estate Expert at PARK AND REFER INC. and a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at TREND ATLANTA REALTY, INC. Previous experience includes positions such as Leasing Expert at Sales, Inc., Business Manager at Westwood & Pico Lanai Apartments, and roles in leasing and property management at Alta Hollywood Apartments and The Crescent at West Hollywood. Angela is pursuing a Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University, building on previous educational achievements including a Bachelor of Science from The New School and various certifications in real estate and computer programming.
