Joachim Weber

Joachim Weber currently serves as an operational partner and partner at Global Forward Capital since November 2023. Previously, Joachim held positions at Paessler AG as CTO and Board Member from January 2022 to January 2024, where achievements included turning around development and product strategy and driving the acquisition of two tech companies. At Trend Micro, from June 2012 to January 2022, Joachim served as VP Technology Solutions Europe and Global Technical Leader, focusing on customer relationships and connected threat defense technologies. Earlier experience includes various leadership roles at EMC Corporation, where significant contributions were made in driving market presence and managing large teams across Europe. Joachim's educational background includes a Dipl.Ing. in Electronics from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, an MBA from Queen's University, and other qualifications in telecommunications and technology.
