Keith Foster has a diverse work background, starting with a Rotational Development Program at LexisNexis. Keith then progressed through roles in HR and operations at CHEP and Trend Micro. Moving up to HR Director at Thomson Reuters, they later served as Vice President & Chief Of Staff at Trend Micro. Keith ventured into executive positions as Chief People Officer at Cysiv, interim Chief People Officer at Forescout Technologies Inc., and Managing Partner at Global Forward Capital. As a Partner at Global Forward Capital, they invested in growth-stage data-driven AI/ML focused companies.

Keith Foster has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Sociology from Hamilton College, a Master's degree in Organization Behavior & Development from Rollins College, participated in the Executive Program at Queen's University in General Business Administration & Management, and attended Making Corporate Boards More Effective at Harvard Business School.
