Jessica Heitzenrater is an experienced professional in the medical field, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Trend Medical since July 2022. Previously, Jessica held the position of Vice President of Operations at J & J MEDICAL, INC. from May 2013 to November 2021, where responsibilities included implementing Clinical DME Programs and facilitating communication between field representatives and office staff. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Director of Patient Care, focusing on training protocols for dispensing medical equipment and expanding the company’s client base. Jessica began their career as a Patient Service Specialist and Certified Orthotic Fitter, working directly with patients in several counties. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2009 and 2013.
