Welly Huang

Welly Huang is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and business development across various regions and industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Trend Micro since January 2025, Welly previously held the position of Recruiting Manager, Global at Appier, leading overseas recruitment teams and spearheading strategies in multiple markets including Europe, the US, Japan, and Korea. Welly's earlier roles include Business Development Lead and Recruiter at Terminal 1, as well as Team Leader at Experis US, where significant recruiting accomplishments were made in the tech sector. Welly also contributed to Taipei City Government as a Project Coordinator/Translator. Welly holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language with a minor in International Relations from National Chengchi University.
