Andrey Kastelmacher is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in driving growth across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Trendemon since June 2025, Andrey is focused on implementing modern sales and go-to-market processes. Previously, at ILN.Rich, Andrey held the position of Senior Account Executive, successfully contributing to the company's growth from $1.5M to $5M in annual recurring revenue. Additional roles include serving as a GTM advisor for Payrow and as Account Executive for ElectroNeek, where Andrey led go-to-market initiatives in the EMEA region.
