Jef Vanlaer has a background in Chemical Engineering and has worked in various roles related to process analytics and customer success. Currently, at TrendMiner, Jef serves as the Customer Success Operations Manager, overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Success team. Jef also leads the Customer Success Operations team, focusing on scalability through data, processes, and systems. Prior to their current role, Jef has held positions as a Customer Success Manager and a Project Engineer specializing in data analytics. Jef has also completed a Doctor of Engineering degree from KU Leuven.
