Mitch Deam

Mitch Deam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mitch started their career as a Charter Pilot in General Aviation in 2000 and worked in this role until 2008. After that, they joined Alliance Airlines as an Airline Pilot from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they worked at Virgin Australia as an Airline Pilot from 2011 to 2021. In 2013, Mitch became the CEO of Hoverscape, a Drone Inspection Services company. Finally, in 2017, they co-founded Trendspek - Precision Asset Intelligence. Throughout their career, Mitch has gained extensive expertise in aviation, both as a pilot and as a leader in the industry.

Mitch Deam has a Bachelor's degree in Aviation from Griffith University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Mitch also holds a diploma in Auditing and a diploma in Management, both acquired from Southpac Aerospace in 2014 and 2015, respectively. In 2020, Mitch obtained a Commission in Defence Studies from the Royal Military College - Duntroon. Additionally, they completed the Foundations of Directorship program in Business Administration and Management from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2023.
