Hubert Penn

Hubert Penn is the CCO at Dexter Energy Services. Prior to this, they were the General Manager at WearActive Austria, where they were responsible for developing a retreat business in the start-up phase. This included executing business strategy, analyzing markets, targeting customers, setting up administration, operations & online presence, building a team, and supervising renovation & infrastructure. In two years, the business received 65+ five star reviews and had its first profitable season in winter 2017.

Before their time at WearActive Austria, Hubert Penn worked as an analyst at NPM Capital. There, they were responsible for managing & monitoring investments and portfolio companies, as well as providing analytical & managerial support in investment projects. Hubert also did trend watching and analytical support in seeking new investment opportunities.

Hubert Penn began their career as a graduate intern at NLR from November 2012 to June 2013. Hubert then interned as a consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants from February 2012 to April 2012.

Hubert Penn has a MSc. in Aerospace Engineering from the Technische Universiteit Delft, a certified management accountant from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), and a BSc. in Aerospace Engineering from the Technische Universiteit Delft. Hubert also has certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in Certified Management Accountant and from the Tiroler Bergsportführerverband in Tiroler Bergwanderführer.
