Toni Aiono is an accomplished operations and customer service professional with extensive experience in enhancing organizational efficiency and performance. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Trendspot Inc. since 2017, Toni collaborates with management to establish performance goals and operational plans while driving productivity through process analysis. Previously, Toni held the positions of Director of Customer Relations and Senior Sales Support Analyst at Precision Pet from 2007 to 2016, where oversight of the Customer Service department and support for the National Sales team were key responsibilities. Additionally, Toni has experience as Customer Service Supervisor at Anemostat from 1995 to 2006. Demonstrating a strong work ethic, loyalty, and integrity throughout various roles, Toni has made significant contributions to each organization.
