Suzanne McGill Nelson

Suzanne McGill Nelson has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Suzanne began their career as an Advertising Department Intern at Cox Ohio Media in 2010 and later became a WOUB Design Intern at Ohio University WOUB. During this time, they designed news graphics for WOUB student-run television and web banners for the WOUB website.

In 2011, Suzanne joined Fathom Voice as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they oversaw the Design Department and implemented the brand visually across web and print materials. Suzanne specialized in creating the design of all web design projects, including Fathom Voice's web portal.

In 2014, Suzanne moved to StrataBlue, where they first worked as a Graphic Designer and later as a Senior Graphic Designer. Their responsibilities included contributing creative ideas for branding, visual designs, and website layouts for various client accounts. Suzanne also prepared clients with design concepts and obtained necessary feedback and approval.

Since 2015, Suzanne has been working at TrendyMinds. Suzanne started as a Designer and later became a Design Director. In 2019, they were promoted to Executive Director, Design, and in 2021, they became the Vice President of Design. Currently, they hold the position of Lead, Design Studio.

Overall, Suzanne has a strong background in graphic design, with experience in branding, web design, and print materials. Suzanne has demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of success in managing design teams and implementing visual brand strategies.

Suzanne McGill Nelson attended Oakwood High School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their high school degree. Following that, they enrolled at Ohio University from 2007 to 2011. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication with a focus on Informational Graphics and Publication Design.
