Ivo F.

Ivo F. has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and management. Currently, they serve as the Data Team Lead at Trengo - Smart Conversations Platform, where they oversee the data team's operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Data Analyst at the same company.

From 2019 to 2021, Ivo held the position of Lead Data Analyst at Orbisk, focused on tackling food waste in the food service industry through data analysis. Ivo was responsible for managing client data processes, generating accurate and insightful client reports, developing weight signal processing, and providing descriptive and predictive insights.

In 2018, Ivo worked as a Data Analyst at Resnap & Albelli, contributing to the establishment of data and predictive analysis for Resnap. Ivo acted as a liaison between Resnap and Albelli, connecting and analyzing data from various sources such as MixPanel, Google Analytics, RedShift, and Elastic Search.

From 2015 onwards, they engaged in a Tailored Open Online Specialization, focusing on Data Science and Data Analysis. For this specialization, they enrolled in online platforms such as Coursera, DataCamp, and Codecademy.

In addition to their formal education, Ivo obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they completed the "Turning Data into Information Using ArcGIS" certification offered by Esri. In 2013, they obtained the "Applying DM Techniques Using SAS Enterprise Miner" certification from SAS Portugal and the "Hadoop Fundamentals I" certification from IBM. In 2014, they successfully passed the Duolingo Proficiency Exam in English, achieving an Expert level. Ivo also completed the "Introduction to R" certification provided by DataCamp in 2015. Recently, in 2022, they obtained the "Digital Leadership" certification from Growth Tribe and completed the "Bynder Leadership Academy" program at Bynder.
