Desere du Preez is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in category management, sales and marketing, purchasing, and procurement. Currently serving as a Category Manager at Trents Wholesale Ltd since November 2021, Desere previously held positions including Sales and Marketing Representative at Food International NZ Ltd and Purchasing Manager at Bidfood NZ. With prior experience as Procurement Manager at Bidfood South Africa and Operations Manager at Kelway Hotel, Desere also began a career in the hospitality industry as Head Waitress at Tate. An educational foundation in Human Resources Management and Services was established at Damlin College from 2004 to 2005.
