Treo Recruitment was founded to do things differently. In an industry often focused on numbers over people, we lead with values, prioritising relationships, long-term impact, and community. Launched in 2024 by Neil Jones, Treo was built to fill a gap in the market: for a recruitment agency that listens, supports, and collaborates, not just sells.

Our values are simple but powerful: People First, Partnership Over Profit, Integrity in Everything, and Community-Focused. These guide every placement we make and every conversation we have.

We offer a bespoke recruitment model tailored to each client. Whether it’s one-off hires or volume-based contract recruitment,  our pricing is transparent and designed to build sustainable partnerships.

We’re proud to work with a wide range of organisations, from Virtue Health Services, our first ever client, to The Earl of Doncaster Hotel, Premier Ground Solutions, and Doncaster Rovers Academy. Our partnerships go beyond recruitment, often involving sponsorships, mentorships, and shared community investment.

In 2025, we launched Treo Site Solutions, supporting infrastructure and logistics staffing through a strategic partnership.. This new division reflects our growth while staying true to our values.
