Brian Doherty has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the financial and information services industry. Brian began their career as a Professional Sales Representative at Dupont Merck Pharmaceutical Company, where they successfully managed a sales territory in the NYC region. Doherty then transitioned to Bridge Information Systems, where they served as a Sales Executive, achieving or exceeding sales quotas each year. Brian later joined Internet Publishing Group as an Account Executive, selling real-time news services to Wall Street Investment Banks and other companies.

In 2000, Doherty became an Account Executive at Alacra, managing a sales territory consisting of various states and selling financial research products. Brian then joined StarMine as a Regional Sales Manager in 2001, overseeing a sales territory from New Jersey to Virginia. Doherty promoted a portfolio management service that rated Wall Street securities analysts based on their performance and accuracy.

From 2002 to 2005, Doherty worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Moneyline Telerate Inc, selling financial information products to accounts in New York and New Jersey. Brian then joined Thomson Reuters, initially as a Sales Specialist in Fixed Income, and later as a Director of Client Success for Strategic Accounts. In this role, Doherty successfully increased client retention and improved sales acumen, while also building strong relationships with clients.

In 2020, Doherty joined Cherre as a Senior Sales Director, overseeing the sales of a platform that collects and enhances real estate data for large enterprises. Currently, they are the Vice President of Client Services at Trepp, Inc., where they manage client relationships and ensures customer satisfaction.

Brian Doherty obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from Providence College, between 1986 and 1990.
