Morne Swart

Morne Swart is the Founder and CEO of TresAlly, LLC, a company focused on Generative AI modernization services since February 2023. Previously, Morne served in various senior roles at SumTotal Systems, LLC from July 2011 to February 2023, including Vice President of Product Strategy and Business Transformation, where responsibilities included global product strategy and engagement with a large customer base utilizing Learning, Talent, and Workforce Management solutions. Prior experience includes co-founding CyberShift, Inc. in September 1998, where Morne held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Product Management, and was instrumental in creating market-leading Workforce Management products.
