Katie Schlangen

Katie grew up here in the Treasure Valley, as far West as Nampa, and as far East as North Boise. She always wanted to venture further out, then had kids and realized she never wanted to live anywhere else. Her motivation for all she does are her three little boys, Jace, Walker and Miles. Getting her 'crazy' boys outside is important to Katie, and they like to spend time together by taking their yellow lab for walks by the river. They love finding new restaurants in 'BoDo', then hopping on electric scooters to see the city. She loves helping people not only realize the American Dream of owning a home, but assisting them in creating that home.
