Mohamed Elmansori

Mohamed ELMANSORI, PhD, is an experienced academic and professional in the field of public law and fiscal law, currently serving as a part-time lecturer at the Institut de formation des techniciens et des techniciens spécialisés du Ministère d'intérieur and FSJES FES since 2021, where Mohamed teaches courses on public accounting for local authorities and tax law. Additionally, Mohamed is the Regional Coordinator for the Forum des Chercheurs du Ministre de l’Économie et des Finances, a position held since 2018, and a trainer at the Trésorerie Générale du Royaume since 2014, focusing on treasury operations and public debt recovery. Their previous roles include being a part-time professor at Université Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah-Fès from 2021 to 2023, and at OFPPT and Université Mohammed V de Rabat in earlier years. Mohamed ELMANSORI holds a Doctorate in Public Law from Mohammed V University in Rabat, along with a Master’s degree in Public Dispute Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law from Université Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah-Fès.
