Böbe Hartung-Marjai

Böbe Hartung-Marjai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Böbe started their career in marketing as a Marketing Coordinator at BALDASZTI'S in 2010, where they played a critical role in developing the brand's tone of voice and managing various marketing activities. Böbe then transitioned to Insitu and Fekete Artisan Coffee Shop in 2012, where they served as a Marketing and Shop Manager. Their responsibilities included market monitoring, brand management, social media management, and email marketing.

In 2013, Böbe joined Tresorit as a Content Manager, responsible for managing the company's content. Böbe later advanced to the position of Customer Marketing Manager, where they focused on improving user education, refining the onboarding process, and planning and executing product launches. Their role evolved further, and they became the Head of Customer Marketing in 2016, leading a team of 10. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing customer retention programs, revenue operations, UX copywriting, and localization. Böbe also played a key role in defining the tone of voice for Tresorit and driving efficiency across the customer lifecycle.

Most recently, Böbe transitioned to the role of Product Manager at Tresorit in September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's product development processes and ensuring the successful delivery of new features and improvements.

Throughout their work experience, Böbe has demonstrated a strong focus on customer success, retention, and revenue growth, employing their skills in marketing, brand management, content development, and customer education.

Böbe Hartung-Marjai attended Corvinus University of Budapest from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Böbe then continued their education at the same university from 2007 to 2010, studying Finance and Accounting and earning a Bachelor's degree. In 2011, Böbe enrolled in the Central European University and completed a Master's program in Political Science in 2012.
