Nikoletta Polacsek

Nikoletta Polacsek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in digital marketing and customer lifecycle management. Nikoletta currently works at Tresorit as the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Team Lead and previously held the role of Customer Lifecycle Marketing Functional Lead. Nikoletta also served as the Interim PR & Communications Team Lead. Before joining Tresorit, Nikoletta worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Attention CRM Consulting Kft. In previous roles, they were a Targeted Marketing Campaign Manager at Telenor Magyarország and participated in the Google Ground Program at Google. Nikoletta also gained experience at GE Capital as a CRM Campaign Manager and CRM and Market Research Intern.

Nikoletta Polacsek completed their education starting from high school at Kölcsey Ferenc Grammar School, where they pursued a Hungarian - German bilingual class from 2002 to 2008. Nikoletta then attended Corvinus University of Budapest from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Commerce & Marketing. Afterwards, they studied at the University of Cologne from 2010 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Commerce & Marketing. In 2013, Nikoletta pursued further education at Corvinus University of Budapest, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Development in 2016. Additionally, they briefly attended the University of Otago in 2014 as part of their Master of Science (MSc) program. Nikoletta also obtained additional certifications, including being a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from Salesforce in August 2017 and completing a Customer Analytics course from Coursera in August 2016.
